As a business operating within the fashion industry myself and my team recognise the importance and responsibility we have to empower women. We create beautiful pieces for every women and believe that we have an amazing opportunity to not only empower the women who wear our products but also the women behind the brand.

Zafino Designs for every woman. Our mission is to empower todays women by creating collections that celebrate confidence and beauty being accessible to all.
 
CODE OF CONDUCT
At Zafino, we seek to partner with suppliers who share our same beliefs and share our same vision. We expect all suppliers will uphold our requirements to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards while maintaining International Labour Organisation (ILO) principles and internationally accepted labour practices throughout our supply chain.
 
The following are Zafino’s expectations for everyone involved in the manufacture of our products:
  • We will always operate within the laws and regulations of the countries we operate in and our expectation is that our Suppliers will adhere to this same requirement;

 

  • People are at the core of what we do. We will not become complicit in human rights abuses in our supply chain particularly in the areas of Child Labour, Discrimination, Harassment, Freedom of Association, Modern Slavery/Forced Labour, Regular Employment, Wages and Working Hours;

 

  • Ensuring workers are protected by providing a safe and healthy workplace as per the minimum requirements of local, regional and national laws;

 

  • Protecting the environment and ensuring we minimise the impact our products leave on the planet.
