How do i know if my order is confirmed

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

Can i amend my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed.

You have 14 days to notify us of any issues with your order.

How do I return an item ?

Please use our returns page to return your item to us.

Our returns period is currently 14 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 7 working days during busy times of the year.

Please note we are unable to accept returns of Earrings due to hygiene reasons unless deemed faulty.

What is the exchange policy?

We offer exchanges on all items except earrings (for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase. If you’d like to exchange your jewellery, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer, while Zafino will cover the cost to ship the new item back to you.

Receiving your refund

We aim to process all returned orders within 3 working days. However in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 7 working days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card, please allow a few days for the funds to hit your account.

How do I care for my jewellery ?

Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your Zafino soft pouch so that they don’t rub together, scratch or tangle. Your jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.

My hoop earrings arent clipping in

This is usually a simple fix! Sometimes our hoop earrings just need a slight realignment. Gently press the post of the earring upwards using the back of your thumb you should feel it click back into place.
