Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Zafino. We take pride in our quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: 

Extended returns for orders placed between 16th November - 20th December

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have proof of purchase (packing slip).

Please note that we cannot accept returns of earrings and gift vouchers

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender and Zafino cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. For this reason, we highly recommend using insured registered post via Australia Post.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the status of your exchange or refund, please contact us via the chat bubble on the homepage of our website. This will be the quickest way for us to answer your query.

Change of Mind Refunds:

Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable, and a deduction of the original postage charges will be applied for all "change of mind" refunds. Therefore, the refunded amount will be less the original postage charges.

Gift Vouchers & Coupons:

Gift vouchers, credit notes, and coupon codes must be added prior to checkout. Under no circumstances will orders be discounted post-payment. If you are having trouble applying a code, please get in touch with us via the chat bubble on the homepage of our website. This will be the quickest way for us to answer your query.

Replacements & Faults:

If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch with us via the chat bubble on the homepage of our website. This will be the quickest way for us to answer your query.

All Zafino products come with a 3-month warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as a result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.

Mishandling includes:

  • Shipping
  • Accidents
  • Abusive knock
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Ageing & natural tarnishing

Please Note:

Items purchased through independent Zafino Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. The size & dimensions are provided in our product descriptions, and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty.
