Return Policy

If you wish to return an item please contact us using the chat bubble on our website home page to submit your return.

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and will not be accepted if this process isn’t followed. Returns will not be accepted any later than 7 business days after return request has been submitted.

Items must be returned in original packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip).

Return Postage costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender and Zafino cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post via Australia Post.

Change of mind refunds:

Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable and a deduction of the origional postage charges will be applied for all "change of mind" refunds. Therefore the refunded amount will be less the origional postage charges.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the state of your exchange or refund please contact us via our chat bubble on our website homepage.

Please Note: Items purchased through independent Zafino Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.

GIFT VOUCHERS & COUPONS

Gift Voucher, Credit Note and Coupon codes must be added prior to checkout. Under no circumstances will orders be discounted post payment. If you are having trouble applying a code, please get in touch with us via email us at info@zafino.com.au

6 MONTH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All Zafino products come with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.
