Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and will not be accepted if this process isn’t followed. Returns will not be accepted any later than 7 business days after return request has been submitted.

Items must be returned in original packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip).

Return Postage costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender and Zafino cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post via Australia Post.

Change of mind refunds:

Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable and a deduction of the origional postage charges will be applied for all "change of mind" refunds. Therefore the refunded amount will be less the origional postage charges.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the state of your exchange or refund please contact us via info@zafino.com.au

Please Note: Items purchased through independent Zafino Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.

REPLACEMENTS & FAULTS

If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect product please email info@zafino.com.au with your order number and a photo of the product for assessment.

6 MONTH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All Zafino products come with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not include mishandling.
