At Zafino, each piece of jewellery is carefully designed and quality checked before leaving our studio. However, in rare cases a manufacturing fault may occur.
We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that goods must be of acceptable quality.
Warranty Period
Our jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing faults.
If a valid manufacturing fault is identified within this period, we will provide a suitable resolution in line with this policy.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing faults, including defects caused by workmanship or materials. Examples may include:

Loose stones due to setting faults

Broken soldering or links caused by production defects

Structural faults identified during normal wear
Each claim will be assessed by our team to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear, misuse, or external factors. This includes:

Tarnishing or fading of plated jewellery over time

Scratches, dents, or bent components

Lost items or missing pieces

Damage caused by chemicals, perfume, saltwater, chlorine, or cosmetics

Damage caused by pulling, excessive force, or accidental impact

Repairs or modifications performed by third parties
Jewellery is delicate by nature and should be handled and stored carefully to maintain its condition.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer care team with:

Our team will review your claim and advise the next steps.
In some cases, we may request the item be returned to us for inspection.
Resolution for Approved Claims
If your warranty claim is approved, we will at our discretion:

Replace the item with the same style (subject to availability), or

Offer a store credit if repair or replacement is not possible.
