Order Processing and Dispatch:
All jewellery orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order receipt. Customers will receive an order confirmation, shipping and tracking number for each delivery. Orders received after 10am will be dispatched the following business day*. If you need to make any changes to your order, you must contact us by email at email@example.com the following business day; otherwise, extra shipping charges will apply.
Customers who spend over $65 will receive free standard shipping at checkout.
Standard shipping can be selected at the checkout for $5.00 for orders within Australia. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.
Express shipping can be selected at the checkout for $8.00 for orders within Australia. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.
Australia Post Standard – 3-7 Business Days* Australia Post Express – 1-3 Business Days* Delivery estimates for WA, NT and rural areas will take additional time.
Standard shipping to New Zealand is $15.00. Shipping to New Zealand is via Australia Post International, and delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email. DHL express shipping is also available at checkout.
International Shipping (outside of Australia and New Zealand):
Charges for delivery to any country outside Australia or New Zealand will be charged at $15 per delivery. All international deliveries are sent via express couriers, and delivery time will vary depending on your region. Please allow 7-10 business days for worldwide delivery. For international deliveries, extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on the country of destination, and these costs will be at the expense of the customer. Any issues processing international orders will be responded to within 1 business day. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.
